Although it’s asked with the greatest of intentions it’s the wrong question.

This is why I don’t give my clients meal by meal diet plans, following blindly will teach you nothing.

Education yourself on the basics; what it contains from a protein, fats and carb perspective.

Track it and adjust as needed based on your goals.

So what can you eat?

Anything you want.

To lose weight?

Calorie deficit, ideally high in protein.

-

Gain weight?

Calorie surplus.

-

Maintain.

Track your food, your weight and your activity, adjust accordingly.
