Two Key Things You Need For Weight Loss

🔑 Consistency & Patience - Boring I know! No one wants to hear it but everyone knows it. There are no quick fixes, weight loss and fat loss are hard but if you stick with it I can promise you it will be worth it! - I’ve been unhappy with my body for most of my life, I’ve been overweight, underweight, too fat, too thin and the only thing that gets you where you want to be is setting a goal and ticking off those boxes everyday. - When I started my cut this time around, I wanted to drop as much body fat as possible while retaining as much muscle as possible. - Week one I lost 1 lb but 7inches. I couldn’t even see the inches just the scale weight. - Week two I lost 2 more lbs, still not happy, still complaining that I wanted more so I had to have a word with myself. - I am currently almost half way through 10lbs down and 1kg heavier than my lightest ever cutting weight. Because I didn’t stop, I kept going and trusted the process.
