Routine is your key to success

Routine is something many of us lack right now but that doesn’t have to be the case.

Just because your daily routine has changed it doesn’t mean you can’t introduce a new, temporary one.

If you’re unable to get outside right now it’s very tempting to just slouch around the house in your pjs from the night before but I can guarantee that that will make you feel even worse.

We crave purpose, structure so here’s a few tips to keep you sane during these crazy times.

Go to bed & get up at the same time every day.

When you wake up, get up don’t play on your phone for 20mins.

Always make your bed.

Get dressed.

Get your body moving for at least 30mins.

Eat regular meals at set times instead of snacking throughout the day.

Set some time to virtually connect with your family & friends.

Spend an hour a day with a good book.

Meditate, stretch & work on your mobility.
