Goal Setting.

Your goals don’t care if you have access to the gym or not.

Calories in vs calories out doesn’t suddenly stop dictating your fat loss due to isolation.

-

If your goal is weight loss I can imagine how stressed out you are right now but this isn’t the time to just stop & wait for the gyms to reopen their doors.

-

1️⃣

Adjust your calories accordingly, if your activity levels have dropped/ intensity of training has lowered then you will more than likely have to drop your kcals in order to make up for the inactivity.

2️⃣

Exercise, I don’t mean do a home workout that leaves you feeling like you may as well have done nothing.

Make sure you keep intensity high, most of you won’t have done high reps before so trust me hitting 20+ reps on a body weight exercise for rounds will hurt!

3️⃣

NEAT, never before has such an amazing opportunity to get those steps in just been handed to you.

If you walk at a decent pace you will do at least 1000 steps for every ten minutes, so make sure you prioritise a brisk walk 3 x a day & you will smash that 10,000k out the park.

4️⃣

Avoid temptation, takeaway for the most part are off limits but if you take a trip to the supermarket & they have any food left, prioritise protein & nutrient dense foods.

Do not stock up on microwave meals & crap, you now have the time to make healthy meals from scratch so make the most of it!

There are so many negatives right now it may be difficult to focus on the positives but if you look hard enough they are there.

-

As long as everyone does there bit we will get through this mess & soon be back in the gym smashing PB’s before you know it.
