🥑 - Well this is awkward . . . - Turns out there aren’t any 🤷🏻♀️ - No food causes you to lose fat. - Lower calorie foods in a high volume and food that is high in protein will help as you’ll be able to stay in a deficit and stay satiated but they don’t just cause you to burn body fat. - There are also no foods that cause you to be fat 🚫 - Over eat anything and you’ll gain body fat it’s just easier to gain weight with calorie dense foods like pizza and doughnuts than it is a salad. - So if anyone tells you that fat burning foods exist then they are very much mistaken. - You’re welcome.
